Our world is undergoing an unexpected and unprecedented transformation.

In my years as an architect and as a designer, I have always been convinced of one thing: it is essential to integrate the well-being of humans, the environment, and the surrounding wildlife in all of our projects. Today, I am thrilled to unveil a project that is dear to my heart and has been accelerated by the challenges posed by the global health crisis.

Our world is undergoing a transformation that nobody was fully prepared for, and it’s up to us to adapt to these changes. Our lifestyles are changing, but that doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice the things that make us happy – intimacy, pleasure, nature, and serenity. These are the pillars of our daily lives that must remain intact.

During my first visit to the UAE, I was captivated by the limitless potential of this extraordinary country, but I didn’t see myself living in a conventional building. So I envisioned a new way of living, one that addresses the challenges of the region’s climate and environment. This concept aligns with the vision of Dubai 2040 and offers clients a lifestyle that they can enjoy within their own homes.

The Covid-19 pandemic has further intensified my ambition to create a space that caters to the new ways of living and working. As we spend more time in our private spaces, we mustn’t give up on the elements that bring us joy and fulfillment. I am proud to report that my team and I have risen to this challenge, creating a truly unique and luxurious living space that is sure to delight you.
